Ignorant about receiver output watts vs. speaker

I have a receiver that claims to do 100W on all 5 speaker channels. My front and center speakers are rated with max watts above 100, but my rear speakers have a max of 75W. Am I at risk of damaging my rear speakers at normal listening levels, ie does the maximum output only come into account when I crank up the volume on the receiver? Or should I look into getting some 100W rears?
