Mirage vs Definitive

I am considering the Mirage offerings for Home Theatre and general music, some classical. The OM-12's for r & l front and the OM-R2's for back l & r and the C-3 for a center and their BPS-150i sub. are the models I am considering. I have heard that Definitive's are a better option but I have not heard them. Any advice or other alternatives would be greatly appreciated. These are to go with a Yamaha RX-v995 Receiver, when I get it.
