How to hook up a subwoofer?

Hi,

I just purchased a PSB Subsonic 2i. I got a super deal on it ($280CDN or $180US because my friend is a dealer).

Anyways there is 2 subwoofer outputs on my ES50. Do I hook up both of them or just one is enough??
