Don't laugh, but I found that a good old $3 dipole antenna worked best for me. I tried Terk and other brands. I tried rabbit ears.

But the Radio Shack dipole did the trick for me. Try to get it outdoors and keep it as horizontal as possible. Heck - give it a shot - it's only 3 bucks!
