speaker sytem:best choice amongst these 4

am trying to figure out which will give the best bang for the buck.
plan to buy the yamaha rx v 995/795 or the HK avr 65(if the hum and hiss problem is fixed)speaker systems:
1. Atlantic tech 250.1 for $932 + shipping from one call 2. Kilpsch : KSF 10.5 $464/pair at shop4
KSB 1.1 $139/pair surround
KSC C1 $139 center ch.
KSW200 $377 sub
total: approx 1119 + shipping + membership in shop4 3.B&W 4 DM 302s at retail of 250 /pair = $500
B&w cc speaker for $180
budget for SW $400
total: 1080 +local tax for B&W + shipping for SW 4: take five energy sys from shop4 $500 + shipping + shop4 membership
what do you all think ??
HT is main priority although would like to have it perform decently for music too.
