Take 5 vs. JBL

I'm thinking about selling off my JBL HLS speakers and getting the Energy Take5 setup. I got the JBL's because I thought I'd be listening to about 50/50 music/ht. Well, I really only end up listening to music in my car and in my bedroom. Here is my current setup: Denon avr1400, Jbl hls 620's (fronts), Jbl hls center, infinity 2000.4 (surround). Klipsch ksw150 (sub) RCA dvd player provides the DD. I can probably get $500 or so for my current speakers, keep the klipsch, and get the take 5's. Is this a good move? Are there other small speakers I should be looking at?
