Twin M&K sub-woofers

I already own an M&K mx-200. I want to purchase a second M&K sub. Both will be placed side by side (beneath a front projection screen under the center channel). I want my second sub to be the much more powerfull m&k mx-350thx. However, is there any reason why the second sub should be another mx-200(with same drivers & output) ? Thanks Nicholas
