Atlantic Technology question

I'm trying to put together a home theater system on a low budget. I'm looking for feedback on the Atlantic Tech System 220 or System 150. These are complete HT systems with powered subs that can be had for $600 and $350 respectively from soundcity.com. I have a 100watt per channel Technics receiver (SA-AX720).
