Yamaha YST-SW300 Sub - any good? Suggestions?

I am returning an Energy ES-10 which has a buzz at mid volume ranges, and found the Yamaha YST-SW300 Active servo, 185 watt 12" sub on www.netmarket.com for 303.69 (inc. shipping and tax!) which is less than what I paid for the Energy! Question - is the sub any good? Anybody have experiences with netmarket? Suggestions?
