Centre Channel - Suggestions?

Using Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.02; Update a; Windows 95):

I am looking for a centre channel speaker as my next upgrade. I would like to spend $1000-1200 CDN (about $700-800 US). The only thing my favourite audio store has in this range is the JM Labs. Does anyone have any comments on their speakers, especially the centre channels?

What other brands/models would you suggest I look for in this price range?
