Boston Acoustic or Boston Acoustic

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; MSN 2.5; Windows 98):

I am trying to decide between a set of Boston CR8's for my main speakers or a set of Boston VR-20's. My local store has the VR-20's @ $220 each. The VR-20's are a 'small' floor standing speaker with 7" woofer. I can definitly hear a difference between the CR-8's and the VR-20's. However, if I go with the VR-20's I will have to step up to the VR-10 center which is more $$ than I wanted to spend. All in all the difference between a CR set up and the VR setup is about $240. Are the VR-20's worth it? I am new to this so any advice is appreciated.
