I have a very similar setup - ML reQuests and Logos across the front, HGS-12 sub, an ATI 1504 amp driving the 4 surrounds, Krell KAV-500 (125x3) driving the front 3 channels, plus an Aragon 4004 Mk. II driving my second zone. All on a single circuit.

Now, every house is different, I am no electrician, no guarantees and YMMV, but I have noticed no problems, even when the whole show is going at once. I don't know how hard you're going to drive things, but it seems to me that the issue, if any, is likely to arise during LFE transients, which by their very nature, are pretty loud and you probably would not notice any transient voltage sag.

I certainly have not noticed anything, other than a hum issue from the ATI amp that ultimately required a ground lift.

Good luck!
