I would think if thats all that is on that 20amp circuit you should be OK. On my 20amp circuit I run a Sunfire amp (300w/ch), Onkyo Grand Integra(220w/ch), H/K PA2200(100x/ch), 2 Marantz MA-500s(125w), Marantz 2150 Integrated(125w/ch). There is also a 32" TV, loads of sources (DVD,CD,2 MDs, Tuner, Phono, LD, VCR), EQs, crossover and my Lexicon. I run it all at THX level without having problems.

I'm adding two powered subs next week and sometime I'm going to replace the H/K, MA-500s and Marantz 2150 with a Sunfire 5 channel amp. Hopefully I'll still be OK.
