There's no hurry, it seems the Q200E may have to face lawsuits from Bob Carver and Sunfire before the product is widely distributed.

Having spoken to Richard Lord of REL about this, he assures me that there will be no problem releasing the Q200E to the market, both REL and the driver manufacturer are confident that they are not infringing on any of Bob Carver's patents.
