The 15 inch driver 2235H has a total of 6 db less output compared to 2245H, the 18 inch one.
I will give you more details if you are interested.
You will need the following:

to make the frame. The last one being used to give additional bracing to the rear panel.
Then 45.25 by 29.5 inches MDF 2 pieces
45.25 by 22.25""""""""""""2"""""""
28 by 22.25"""""""""""""3""""""""
glue 2 of the 28 by 22.25 together to form the baffle.
