I disagree Alan.(big surprise huh?)

While we have gotten a bit off topic, I think that's almost inevitable considering the sheer number of posts made(50ish?).

Some good points were made by both *sides*,and plenty of good information was forwarded concerning the performance requirements needed to reach *reference* level bass in the typical h/t room.

I think differences of opinion often lead to all involved gaining knowledge on whatever the topic may be...
