You should have been at Best Buy when I went to exchange the Canon 620U for a HP 4200Cse... I grabbed a Best Buy receipt that morning and dashed out the door. Imagine my surprise to find it was for a USB port Zip drive! (face red). They were kind enough to let me upgrade then instead of come back with the correct receipt. I have had the best of luck with Canon products... they sure went wrong with the 620U, it's software problems and lack of free support.

Good car reference... I think both sell for about the same (LOL).
