Intrigued by concentric drivers

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98):

I have been researching bookshelf speakers and came across KEF Q15's for the meager sum of $290 shipped. I've noticed that a few other companies (Tannoy in peticular) employ concentric drivers in some of their designs. The Q15's relatively small stature (resulting from the central tweeter placement) would be a plus astheticly and might have some impact in reducing box resonanse. Is anyone familiar with these speakers and what are your impressions. The small Tannoy Near Field Monitors also interest me albeit a quite higher price. Thanks a lot.
