bass?

Using Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.02; Update a; AK; Windows 95):

I have a pair of PSB 600is which I totally love. I was wondering how high I could turn the bass control on my reciever without damaging them. I acutally dont want it too high for music but would like a little more for movies. Does using the "bass enhance" increase possibility of overloading?
