My mistake -- I've been out of school far too long. Interestingly, I just read about Bell and the reason we use the term "decibel" instead of "Bell" is because of what you just mentioned. Whereas one can have a 1,000 millihenries equal one Henry, no one ever mentions rock concerts being at 12 Bells. Had to do with the human hearing scale being logarithmic by nature.

Anyway... Thanks for the correction.
