M&K S150THX. How good?

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win98; I):

Can some M&K owners comment on how good these speakers are. I am planning on purchasing them soon and would like some idea on how they are for home theater.
I have a Denon 5700 for my receiver. Are there any problems with the fact that they are rated 4 Ohms.
