Bose AM15, AM10 or ????

If you are aware of the limitations of the AM-10s, then $700 is not a bad price. My other alternative is the RadioShack LX5 with its fabulous Linaeum HF driver which is going for $75 each (was $150). Mate the LX5s with a good sub in the $1000 bracket like the B&W ASW-2000 and you will have an excellent system for music and HT. You can find cheaper subs in the $600 or less bracket, but they tend to be less controlled when driven hard.
