Need Help with a Sub Localization Problem

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (Win98; U ;Nav):
My system presently includes Paradigm MiniMonitors at front and rear with a CC350 Center speaker and Paradigm Servo 15 sub. In my room the best position for my sub seems to be in the corner. But I use the internal crossover at 90 HZ in my amplifier (Yamaha DSP-A1) and unfortunately the sub is quite localizable in the room when playing music. I don't have the money right now to invest in another Servo 15 but I have thought of at least two possible options to correct this problem: 1. I could buy a smaller, less expensive sub to balance out the Servo 15. Something like an Energy ES-8 or 10 or a Velodyne CT-80 or 100 may work. These subs don't offer the kind of subterranean bass that I get from the Servo 15, but they may be a little more musical in the upper bass region. 2. I could purchase the X-30 Subwoofer crossover control from Paradigm (for about $150) and use it to set my crossover at 50 HZ instead of 90 HZ and run the Mini Monitors full range. I figure the bass may be less directional at a lower frequency. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Any ideas? I would apreciate your help...
