Are you sure they are Canon? I think Canon makes cameras and computer printers. Are you referring to the company Canton? I know they have a speaker av-100 that retails for around $200. This may be model you are talking about. Canton manufactures some very nice speakers. Do you have a sub? If you do have a sub, I would keep them as the surrounds, set the rear speakers to small (on the A1),and reroute the bass to the sub.....at least until you can afford to feed the kids. What kind of mains and center are you using? If you do end up getting some new surrounds,you can always use them for the front effects. I think Canton sells brackets made specificly for the AV-100.
