KEF TDM/THX or Energy e:XLs???

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows NT):

I've done my homework. But I need second opinions on the speaker set options. This is what I plan to replace my theatre hardware with (soon w/in 30 days):

Receiver: Denon AVR5700
Speakers:
(Option A) KEF THX-certified TDM-series: TDM23F(direct radiating fronts); TDM34DS (dipolar surround rears); TDM23C (center); and Coda-8's (for second surround rear - the AVR5700 allows a second set of direct radiating surround for music)

(Option B) Energy XLS Series: e:XL28 fronts; e:XLR bi/di-polar surround rears; e:XLC center; and e:XL16's (for second surround rear - the AVR5700 allows a second set of direct radiating surround for music)

I already have an 18-inch specialty sub-woofer.

Theatre is a dedicated 21 X 13, 8ft high with a ceiling mounted Sony VPL-W400Q widescreen projector (the room is extended to 34 feet when the back floor-to-ceiling drape partition is opened). The equipment rack is located outside the drape partition. Everything (floor/wall/ceiling is acoustically coated). I plan to stack the two surround speakers (dipolar over the radiating one tilted up alittle bit) on a stand).

Option A (KEFs) is THX-certified but I don't know if they're available. Also, I have not auditioned them.

Option B (ENERGYs)is not THX-certified; however, its frequency response specs looks better than the KEFs, and the Energy deal seems inexpensive for the sound quality (I've auditioned it and like it!) and it even comes in rosewood (preferred by wife). I believe it will sound THX-like with the AVR5700 although the Energys are not THX-certified.

Questions:
1. Which do you think is a beter value, assuming I like the KEFs when I hear them?
2. Where can I get the KEF TDM-series? (of course at killer prices)
3. Where can I get the Energy-XLs?(of course at killer prices)
