Subwoofer location/settings

Stuart,

So, a speaker level connection is a better set up than line level for 2 channel music only?

I have a Velo sub, Carver 100 watt RMS 2 channel amp, and Carver pre-amp... which is set-up line-level. Will I get better performance if I change it to the speaker level connection? In what way will it be noticeable?
