Help! DTS upgrade gone awry!

Hopefully someone will know what to do on this one. My Dealer installed my DTS upgrade today, and when they finished, the unit wouldn't do the self-test procedure...nothing. We got one light below the IR receiver eye. I tried doing the reset procedure, but that doesn't elicit any reaction. Is this thing flatlined? Unfortunately, there is no one at Lexicon today. The pins are aligned correctly and seated on the U77, in case you were going to ask. I would hate to have to wait all the way to Monday to enjoy this upgrade. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
