I'd go along with what Donald had to say, make sure your dealer orders another software EP-ROM and installs it for you… or, considering his record you could install it yourself with the supplied instructions. If you don't have them you can get them from the DC-1 owners section here.

I'd also send a private E-mail to Lexicon with the name of your dealer and a report about this. Although Lexicon have PR to think about and the relationships with their dealers, I don't, so can safely say some of them are idiots.
