I second Donald's suggestion whole-heartedly.

Even if it's working fine now, the dealer could have introduced damage that could bite you later.

Since you didn't discover the provlem unitl you got it home, the fact that they didn't verify propper operation at the time of installation is all the more eggregious. This is what you're paying a dealer premium for.

You need to TELL them what you want by way of correction, not ASK them. Also, contact Lexicon first to find out what other tests and safeguards are appropriate to determine if other components were damaged or weakened. If you get the slightest bit of resistence, get Buzz or Bart involved--they are very committed to Lexicon's reputation for customer support.
