:1) I was chagrined to discover the DC-1 has no switched AC receptacle on the back. How do I use it to control my Adcom power conditioner/switcher? Looks like another job for a Marantz macro.

I also use an Adcom switcher. The DC-1 has a 12 volt trigger which can be accessed via the 5 pin din plug at the back. I use it to activate a 12 Volt relay (available from the shack) and the relay completes the 110 circuit to the Adcom. Works fine.
