Used DC-1 ???

Hi,
Where can I find used Lex. DC-1 (loaded) for sale ? Some have posted that the prices have dropped to around $2500.00 for a fully loaded unit and I might be interested in getting one. From what information I have gathered, it looks like the DC-1 would fit my bill. Will the DC-2 upgrade be available for the DC-1 ?
