Mute is stuck on for one input

I can't turn mute off on the VCR1 input, either from the frront panel or with the remote. Other inputs (I only tried Tuner and TV) are OK.

Is there something I could have done, or is this a gremlin? It happened after I rolled my new RPTV into position next to the equipment rack, jostling some wiring.
