First off check the left to right and front to rear fader it may be the problem.

Then put the DC-1 in Party mode and all speakers should be close to the same loudness level. If not then something is wrong with either your sources or input cabling. Also try rebooting the unit by cycling the power switch on the rear panel off for 10 seconds then back on.

The fact that your cal signals work fine means that everything from the DC-1 to the speakers is fine.
