I am firing up a BK AV6000 6 chan amp and a graphic EQ. The BK is a high current amp and the capacitors take almost a minute to bleed off after the power is shut off. (can tell by the slowly fading power LED). Since it's not instant off, this may be the reason for the pop, there is still some power at the speaker terminals an instant after shutting down the DC-1.Don
