DTS False Start

I too suggest setting the input for DTS only and see how it plays. The aforementioned hissing is terrible on DTS discs when I scan forward with my Toshiba 3108, so since I don't have a separate CD player I set the CD input as a DTS DVD input and labeled it as such with the input dedicated to playing DTS only. It definitely gets rid of the hiss, hope it helps with your problem. As Act3 doesn't hiss I hope the new Lex's are modified to not do this as well (anyone listening?).
