12 Volt Trigger

I am the proud owner of a new DC-1, LDD-1 and two Lexicon 212 amps and a 412 amp. I would like to know if anyone has experience in connecting the 12 Volt Trigger jacks between the LDD-1 and the amps. (The DC-1 and LDD-1 have a five pin connector jack and the amps have a jack for two individual wires, looks like). Is such an interconnect available?
