Ready to buy DC-1; but should I wait for DC-2?

I have been pondering a deal for a used DC-1 DTS v2.1 (5-weeks old) for $3400 but with the latest speculation of a forth coming DC-2 I question my timing. I can't afford a $5000 processor/pre now but maybe in 3-years. But more than that; what features does the forum think the DC-2 will have that may make it worth the wait?

What would you guys do?
