RS-232, Equalizer, 48khz on all surround modes, 24/96 capable
and 24/96 DACs and ADCs, maybe a small card cage holding
DACs, processor(s) and video card and maybe a snazy remote.
Probably double the digital inputs and double the S-video inputs
and maybe component video. Digital record out. More complex crossovers.
And a few of small quirks in the DC-1 resolved (I won't rehash them). Multiple sub outputs
and probably a new surround effect or two. And a 5 year warranty !!!In my opinion it would have to at least have all that stuff for $6500.00 The DC-1 won't stand at the $5k price point with what's out there now. It already doesn't IMHO.
