My hope is that there would be the ability to do things similar to a z-systems rdp-2, have a microphone, have the ability to digitally equalize and smooth response and aid in eliminating room problems. Lexicon seems to have hinted at this in the past. This I believe would set lexicon apart from pretty much everyone else and would help justify a greater than $5K price tab. Hek a rdp-2 that just does this for 2 channels goes for 5K, can you imagine this with 7.1 channels done properly.
