All this thread is discussing is that there are some nice pre/pro's out there in the $3.5k to $5k price range that have appeared recently and the DC-1 is no longer the king of the hill, IMHO, at $5k. The DC-2 better be an awesome machine to compete with the advance of Proceed AVP, Theta CASA NOVA, Meridian 561, etc.. with more features and great software in order to take the market by storm as it did two years ago with the breakthrough DC-1.
