How about just leaving the Adcom on all the time? I have a GFA-7500 that stays on and I haven't had any trouble at all. In fact, leave all my amps on. A pair of Brystons, my Adcom and the Rotel amp built into my B&W ASW-2000 sub. My DVD player, Sat Tuner, and VCR stay on all time as well. The only thing I ever turn off is the processor and the RPTV.
