IMHO, Buzz was in a much worse position every time he came here when he worked for Lexicon. That's what made a lot of people admire him, because he came here in spite of the potential for abuse and second-guessing, and he offered what no other manufacturer offered in terms of involvement, support, and generous policy.

While I appreciate tht the intent of your message was to convey that we not put Buzz in a bad situation, my reaction to Stuart's message was apparently different than yours. I don't see how Stuart saying "I'm sure he'll be back as a knowledgable Lexicon user" puts any more pressure on Buzz than your comment that "...I would personally value his input as a knowledgable Lexicon user". I took Stuart's comment as light-hearted, and I imagine that it was rooted in the fact that Buzz has given Stuart the impression that we haven't seen the last of him here. With the restraint of mystic proportions that he has shown here in the past, I don't think that we will see Buzz put himself in a bad position starting now.
