Parametric Equalizers

I have no knowledge of the individual devices you mention, but I won't let that detail prevent me from throwing in my 2c! First, if these are digital equalizers then I would not bother with them - none of the Lexicon processors has architecture that will allow digital output to a digital equalizer (like those you mention or the SigTech unit for example), so you would have to use the analogue outputs assuming that the EQ has analogue inputs and and an ADC stage to allow digital EQ. So you will have introduced an extra ADC and DAC stage which IMHO will degrade the sound output by the EQ.

If they are analogue devices then you would need a converter/matching device to change the unbalanced output of the DC-2 into balanced for input into the EQ. Rather than that hassle there are analogue EQ's that work in unbalanced mode like the Rane THX certified model.

Having said all that, the regulars here have very strong views about EQ - take a look at the thread just below entitled "A feature to consider...please" and you will see what I mean!!
