Loads of good suggestions here, I'll add my vote for Beyer Dynamic. The quality of the headphone amp isn't as critical as that of the headphones, but make sure it doesn't add any additional noise to the system. I use an English QED design.

By-the-way, I've heard some real horror stories about Headroom. If you go to the review section of the main site, find one of John Potis' reviews and drop him a line, he'll tell you a real doozy.
