thanks- I understand now. it makes perfect sense. of course, you could simply just go and buy the new ada 6.1 adaptor box and really go crazy!

personally, i dont think theres an advantage of the 6.1 setup you describe over lex's logic 7 system. imagine hooking up ada's 6.1 system to lex's logic 7- youd have 8.1!
