Actually Stuart I have heard the odd tale of poor customer service but I think they have improved a lot in recent months. Take the Airhead, their budget end amp, released early last year. After a month or two production was stopped and the model withdrawn from sale because of interference problems experienced by only a few owners. Earlier this year when they released the redesigned model they treated current owners very favourably, IMHO.
