Fantastic Music Logic CD! Most of the folks I converse with don't know Oldfield at all, outside of Tubular Bells that is. I listened to Ommadawn earlier and I think I know why it's not suited to Music Logic. There isn't a great deal of L = R information so I doubt the centre steering of Music Logic has a lot to work with. Panorama on the other hand thrives on L/R differences so is more at home. I'm in agreement, Ommadawn is certainly brought alive by the Lex. 'Songs Of Distant Earth' is a lot more recent - in fact I was watching the computer animated video of 'Let There Be Light' yesterday and moaning to myself about not being able to read the data track at the start of the CD (it's MAC only). 'Crystal Clear' is excellent in Music Logic, the voice suddenly appearing dead centre. Have you tried 'Amarok'? It's probably the most difficult Oldfield disc to "get into", but it's an incredible piece - just one long track. It's also give your system a thorough workout, loads of dynamics and passages with very deep bass. Probably the first side of 'Islands' is my favourite… So, two votes for Mike Oldfield. Has 'Tubular Bells III' made it to the US yet? PS. You could've found a bug, I'll look into it. Not too sure about the use of the word which rhymes with truck, but I have found a way in which the forum will allow it to be used within another word. Thanks for the heads-up.
