It'll be interesting to learn what those folks who expect to hear frequencies of 48kHz from 24/96 software know about the noises musical instruments make (nothing I would guess). It'd be even more interesting to learn how exactly their loudspeakers are going to reproduce those frequencies…

But hey, if you buy a Ferrari there's nowhere you can drive it at 180mph.
