Where to update DC-1 in The Netherlands/misc. ques

Using Mozilla/4.51 [en] (WinNT; I):

Hi,

Where can I update my DC-1 DD/DTS/THX v2 to v3.1 in The Netherlands? The only dealer who is willing to help me is asking $1000 and that's crazy compared to US prices.

Also, I will receive my lexicon next week and I was wondering if it's true that s-vhs inputs can only be redirected to one audio input?

Finally, when I connect my LDD-1 which signal gets the first preference? I would like to connect my Pioneer CLD925 LD player which has both a AC3 RF and an optical output but I can imagine that the LDD-1 will receive a AC3 RF and optical signal at the same time.
