MC-1 Front to Rear Balance

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 98; DigExt):

Does anyone know a good rule of thumb or can provide some info as to the setting of the front to rear balance. I am trying to optimize my system in every way. I am utilizing all 7 channels. Thanks.
